Our 3 month Basic Skills Boot Camp is a comprehensive roller derby training course. It is focused on developing skaters to their full potential; regardless of prior skill or experience. Our organization prides itself on providing participants the best possible opportunity to flourish in a safe and positive environment.
- No prior experience is necessary to participate! During boot camp we'll teach proper skating form, agility, game play, strategy and everything in between that will allow you to become a successful and safe skater.
- The boot camp is run by our most experienced coaching and training staff, accompanied by help from the current LRD experienced skaters.
- Flexible attendance option! Although will see more noticeable progress when you attend each session, we understand life happens. That is A-OK - attend when you can.
BOOT CAMP SESSIONS OVERVIEW
Virtual Orientation: January 4th, 7-9pm
In-Person Orientation: January 7th, 5-7pm
Gear Fitting: January 7th, 7-9pm
First day of boot camp: January 21st 3-5pm
Last day of boot camp/ Skills Testing: April 7th, 14th, and 21st
